This the second ship to carry the name HMS Queen was a second rate, 98-gun, ship of the line.

Built at Woolwich Dockyard, launched 18-Sep-1769, 177ft 6in long, 49ft 6in wide and of 1,876 tons builders measurement.

Reduced to 74-guns Oct-1811.

Broken up Apr-1821.

Won the Battle Honours: Ushant 1781, First of June 1794 and Groix Island 1795.
