This the third ship to carry the name HMS Prince George was a second rate, 90-gun.ship-of-the-line.

Built at Chatham Dockyard, launched 31-Aug-1772, 177ft 6in long, 50ft 6in wide and of 1,955 tons builders measurement.

Reduced to a sheer hulk 1832.

Broken up Jan-1839.

Won the Battle Honours: St. Vincent 1780, St. Kitts1782, The Saints 1782, Groix Island 1795 and St. Vincent 1795.
