This the third ship to carry the name HMS Hastings was a fifth rate, 44-gun, ship.

Built at Portsmouth Dockyard, launched 02-Oct-1707, 118ft long, 32ft wide and of 533 tons builders measurement.

Hulked from Feb-1739.

Sold 27-Sep-1744.
