This the second ship to carry the name HMS Euryalus was a wooden, screw frigate.

Built at Chatham Dockyard, launched 05-Oct-1853, 212ft long, 50ft wide and of 2,371 tons builders measurement.

Took part in the Royal Fleet Review 1856.

Sold Mar-1867.

Won the Battle Honour: Baltic 1854-55.
