This the second ship to carry the name HMS Valiant was a third rate, 74-gun ship-of-the-line.

Built by Perry, Wells & Green of Blackwall, launched 24-Jan-1807, 174ft long, 48ft 6in wide and of 1,718 tons builders measurement.

Broken up at Portsmouth Nov-1823.

Won the Battle Honour: Basque Roads 1809.
