HMS Tenby (1941) MS  (1st)

     
This the first ship to carry the name HMS Tenby was a Bangor Class, turbine powered minesweeper.

Built by Hamilton, laid down 29-Sep-1939, launched 10-Sep-1941 and commissioned 08-Dec-1941.

Sold 01-Jan-1948 and broken up at Dunston.

Won the Battle Honours: Dieppe 1942 and Normandy 1944.
