This the fourth ship to carry the name HMS St Albans was a third rate, 64-gun ship-of-the-line.

Built by Perry of Blackwall, launched 12-Sep-1764, 159ft 6in long, 44ft 6in wide and of 1,380 tons builders measurement.

Used as a floating battery from Sep-1803.

Broken up Jun-1814.

Won the Battle Honours: St. Lucia 1778, St. Kitts 1782 and The Saints 1782.
