Wooden Screw Gunvessel 6-gun

    
This the eleventh ship to carry the name HMS Roebuck was a 6-gun, wooden screw gunvessel.

Built by Scott Russell of Millwall, launched 22-Mar-1856, 200ft long, 30ft 6in wide and of 865 tons builders measurement. Armed with 1 x 110pdr, 1 x 60pdr and 4 x 20pdr guns.

Took part in the Royal Fleet Review 1856.

Sold 1864.

Won the Battle Honour: China 1860.
