HMS Invincible (1808)  (3rd)
3rd Rate 74-gun

    
The third HMS Invincible was another 3rd Rate, 74-gun ship-of-the- line.

She was built at Woolwich Dockyard, and launched 15-Mar-1808. Being170ft long and 48ft 6in wide she was of 1,674 tons builders measurement.

She saw action in the Peninsular wars in support of Wellington's troops. 

She was paid off in 1814, ending her days as a depot ship in Plymouth. Reduced to a coal hulk 1857 and broken up Jan 1861.
