This the third ship to carry the name HMS Inflexible was a wooden paddle sloop.

Built at Pembroke Dock launched 12-Apr-1845, 190ft long, 36ft wide and of 1,122 tons builders measurement.

Sold 1864.

Won the Battle Honours: New Zealand 1845-47, Crimea 1854-55 and China 1856-60.
