This the seventh ship to carry the name HMS Fury was a wooden paddle sloop.

Built at Sheerness Dockyard, launched 31-Dec-1845, 190ft long, 36ft wide and of 1,124 tons builders measurement.

Sold 15-Jul-1864.

Won the Battle Honours: Kua Kam 1849, Crimea 1854 and China 1856-60.
