This the second ship to carry the name HMS Britannia was a 1st Rate 100-gun ship-of-the-line.

Built at Woolwich Dockyard, launched 03-Oct-1719, 174ft 6in long x 50ft wide, and of 1,894 tons builders measurement.

Used for harbour service from fro 1745.

Broken up Sep-1749 at Chatham.
