This the fourth ship to carry the name HMS Boxer was a Dapper Class, 2-gun, wooden screw gunboat.

Built by Pitcher of Northfleet, laid down 05-Jan-1855, launched 07-Apr-1855 and completed 27-Apr-1855. The engine was completed by John Penn & Sons.

Broken up at Malta Oct-1865.

Won the Battle Honour: Crimea 1855.
