HMS Aeolus (1825)  (3rd)

This the third ship to carry the name HMS Aeolus was a fifth rate, 46-gun, ship.

Built at Deptford Dockyard, launched 17-Jun-1825, 152ft long, 40ft wide and of 1,078 tons builders measurement.

Used for harbour service from 1855 and took part in the Royal Fleet Review 1856.

Broken up Mar-1886.

Won the Battle Honour: Baltic 1855.
