HMS Aeolus (1758)  (1st)
5th Rate 32-gun

    
This the first ship to carry the name HMS Aeolus was a fifth rate, 32-gun, ship.

Built by West of Deptford, launched 29-Nov-1758, 125ft 6in long, 36ft wide and of 704 tons builders measurement.

Used for harbour service from May-1796.

Renamed HMS Guernsey 1800.

Broken up May-1801.
