This the seventh ship to carry the name HMS Minerva was a
minelayer. Originally named M33, construction started by Harland & Wolff, transferred to Workman Clark, and launched 22-May-1915. Renamed HMS Minerva 01-Dec-1925. Hulked 1940 and renamed C.23. Moved to Hartlepool for restoration 24-Jul-1987 and placed on display at Portsmouth 1999.
