HMS Keppel (1925) DD  (2nd)

     
This the second ship to carry the name HMS Keppel was a destroyer leader.

Built Thornycroft, launched 23-Apr-1920 and completed 15-Apr-1925. Ships launched shortly after the end of WW1 were often not completed for extended periods after launch due to post war cut-backs.

Sold Jul-1945 and broken by Ward of Barrow.

Won the Battle Honours: Atlantic 1940-43, Malta Convoys 1942, Arctic 1942-45, Normandy 1944 and English Channel 1944.
