HMS Indefatigable (1784)  (1st)

This the first ship to carry the name HMS Indefatigable was a third rate, 64-gun, ship-of-the-line.

Built by Adams of Buckler's Hard, launched Jul-1784, 160ft long, 44ft wide and of 1,400 tons builders measurement.

Reduced to 38-guns Feb-1795.

Broken up at Sheerness Aug-1816.

Won the Battle Honours: 'Virginie' 1796 and 'Droits de l'Homme' 1797 and Basque Roads 1809.
