This the third ship to carry the name HMS Hampshire was a fourth rate, 50-gun, ship-of-the-line.

Built by Barnard of Ipswich, launched 13-Nov-1711, 134ft long, 38ft 6in wide and of 854 tons builders measurement.

Breaking up completed at Sheerness 22-Dec-1766.
