This the third ship to carry the name HMS Falmouth was a fourth rate, 50-gun, ship-of-the-line.

Built at Woolwich Dockyard, launched 26-Feb-1708, 130ft long, 35ft wide and of 700 tons builders measurement (bm).

Rebuilt 1729 at Woolwich  as 760 tons bm.

Broken up at Woolwich 1747.
