This the second ship to carry the name HMS Duncan was a third rate, 74-gun, ship-of-the-line.

Built by Dudman of Deptford, launched 02-Dec-1811, 176ft long, 48ft 6in wide and of 1,761 tons builders measurement.

Used for harbour service from 1826.

Broken up Oct-1863 at Chatham.
