This the second ship to carry the name HMS Caroline was a fifth rate, 36-gun, ship.

Built by Randall of Rotherhithe, launched 17-Jun-1795, 142ft 6in long, 38ft wide and of 924 tons builders measurement.

Broken up Sep-1815.

Won the Battle Honours: Banda Neira 1810 and Java 1811.
