This the second ship to carry the name HMS Bellona was a third rate, 74-gun, ship-of-the-line.

Built at Chatham Dockyard, launched 19-Feb-1760, 168ft long, 47ft wide and of 1,615 tons builders measurement.

Broken up at Chatham Sep-1814.

Won the Battle Honours: 'Courageux' 1761 and Copenhagen 1801.
