This the second ship to carry the name HMS Beaver was an 18-gun, sloop.

Originally a French privateer, the Trudaine captured Apr-1757 and renamed, 93ft long, 28ft 6in wide and of 338 tons builders measurement. Armed with 18-x 6pdr guns.

Sold 22-Jan-1761.

Won the Battle Honour: Louisburg 1758.
