This the first ship to carry the name HMS Attentive was a 12-gun, Gun-brig.

Built by Bools & Co of Bridport, launched 18-Sep-1804, 80ft long, 23ft wide and of 178 tons builders measurement.

Broken up at Deptford Aug-1812.

Won the Battle Honour: Guadeloupe 1810.
