HMS Arethusa (1817)  (3rd)
5th Rate 46-gun

    
This the third ship to carry the name HMS Arethusa was a fifth rate, 46-gun, ship.

Built at Pembroke Dock, launched 29-Jul-1817, 151ft long, 40ft 6in wide and of 1,085 tons builders measurement.

Used for harbour service from Jun-1836.

Renamed HMS Bacchus 12-Mar-1844.

Broken Aug-1883 by Castle on the River Thames.
