King George V Class (1912) BB

The four ships of the King George V Class (1912) were basically a repeat of the Orion Class (1912), but with a small increase in dimensions and changes to the armoured protection.

As built they were considered under-gunned with respect to their secondary armament, as the 4in gun was becoming ineffective against the destroyers of the day, which were able to launch their torpedoes from longer ranges than before.
