6th Rate 28-gun

    
This the thirteenth ship to carry the name HMS Success was a sixth rate, 28-gun, ship.

Built at Pembroke Dock, launched 30-Aug-1825, 114ft long, 32ft wide and of 504 tons builders measurement. Armed with 20 x 32pdr and 2 x 6pdr guns, and 6 x 18pdr carronades.

Used for harbour service from 1832.

Broken up Jun-1840.
