This the first ship to carry the name HMS Sturgeon was the
name ship of a class of three torpedo boat destroyers. Built by NC&A (Vickers), laid down 01-Mar-1894, launched 21-Jul-1894 and completed Jan-1896. Sold 14-May-1912 for breaking up.
