This the third ship to carry the name HMS Queenborough was a fifth rate, 44-gun, ship.

Originally HMS Fowey, a fifth rate 44-gun, ship, built at Portsmouth Dockyard, 118ft long 32ft wide and of 528 tons builders measurement.

Renamed HMS Queenborough 05-Nov-1744.

Sold Aug-1746.
