HMS Perseus (1776)  (1st)
6th Rate 20-gun

This the first ship to carry the name HMS Perseus was a sixth rate, 20-gun, ship.

Built by Randall of Rotherhithe, launched 20-Mar-1776, 108ft long, 31ft 6in wide and of 432 tons builders measurement.

Used as a bomb vessel 1799.

Broken up at Sheerness Sep-1805.
