This the second ship to carry the name HMS Pallas was a fifth rate, 32-gun, ship.

Built at Woolwich Dockyard, launched 19-Dec-1793, 135ft long, 36ft wide and of 776 tons builders measurement.

Wrecked 04-Apr-1798 near Plymouth.

Won the Battle Honour: Cornwallis' Retreat 1795.
