This the fourth ship to carry the name HMS Jersey was a fourth rate, 60-gun, ship-of-the-line.

Built at Plymouth Dockyard, launched 1736, 144ft long, 41ft 6in wide and of 1,065 tons.

Used as a hospital ship from Mar-1771.

Abandoned Nov-1783 on evacuation from New York.

Won the Battle Honour: Lagos 1759.
