This the fourth ship to carry the name HMS Jamaica was a sixth
rate, 26-gun, ship. Originally French (Percente), captured 21-Apr-1796 by HMS Intrepid in the West Indies, 122ft long, 31ft wide and of 520 tons builders measurement. Sold 11-Aug-1814. Won the Battle Honour: Copenhagen 1801.
