This the first ship to carry the name HMS Imogen was an 18-gun, sloop.

Originally a French privateer (Diable a Quatre), captured 26-Oct-1800 by HMS Thames, in the Bay of Biscay. 108ft long, 29ft wide and of 399 tons builders measurement.

Foundered 01-Mar-1805 in the Atlantic.
