This the first ship to carry the name HMS Hyperion was a fifth
rate, 32-gun, ship. Built by Gibson of Hull, launched 03-Nov-1807. 144ft long, 39ft 6in wide and of 978 tons builders measurement. Broken up Jun-1833.
