This the fourth ship to carry the name HMS Europa was a fourth rate, 50-gun, ship.

Built at Woolwich Dockyard, launched 19-Apr-1783, 146ft long, 41ft wide and of 1,050 tons builders measurement.

Used as a troopship from 1798.

Sold 11-Aug-1814.

Won the Battle Honour: Egypt 1801.
