This the fifth ship to carry the name HMS Dartmouth was a fifth rate, 36-gun, ship.

Construction began at Tanner and then was transferred to Cook of Dartmouth, launched 28-Aug-1813, 145ft long, 38ft 6in wide and of 952 tons builders measurement.

Used for harbour service from Jul-1831

Broken up at Deptford by 02-Nov-1854.

Won the Battle Honour: Navarino 1827.
