This the second ship to carry the name HMS Cattistock was a Hunt Class Type 1, destroyer escort.

Built by Yarrow of Birkenhead, launched 22-Feb-1940 and completed 22-Jul-1940.

Paid off 26-Mar-1946 and broken up 02-Jul-1957.

Won the Battle Honours: North Sea 1941-45, English Channel 1942-44 and Normandy 1944.
