This the second ship to carry the name HMS Castleton was a Ton Class, coastal minesweeper.

Built by White of Southampton, launched 26-Aug-1957.

Transferred to the South African Navy 1958 and renamed Johannesburg.

Sold Sep-1988 and broken up 1989.
