3rd Rate 70-gun

    
This the third ship to carry the name HMS Buckingham was a third rate, 70-gun ship-of-the-line.

Built at Deptford Dockyard, launched 13-Apr-1751, 160ft long, 45ft 6in wide and of 1,436 tons builders measurement.

Renamed HMS Grampus 19-Apr-1777 and used as a store ship.

Lost Nov-1778.

Won the Battle Honour: Belle Isle 1761.
