This the fourth ship to carry the name HMS Boyne was a second rate, 98-gun, ship-of-the-line.

Built at Portsmouth Dockyard, launched 03-Jul-1810, 186ft long, 52ft wide and of 2,010 tons builders measurement.

Renamed HMS Excellent, a gunnery ship, 01-Dec-1834.

Renamed HMS Queen Charlotte 22-Nov-1859.

Broken up at Portsmouth 25-Jun-1861.
