HMS Berwick (1775)  (4th)

This the fourth ship to carry the name HMS Berwick was a third rate, 74-gun, ship-of-the-line.

Built at Portsmouth Dockyard, launched 18-Apr-1775, 168ft 6in long, 47ft wide and of 1,623 tons builders measurement.

Captured 07-Mar-1795 by three French frigates in the Mediterranean. Recaptured 21-Oct-1805 Battle of Trafalgar, wrecked off San Lucar.

Won the Battle Honour: Dogger Bank 1781.
