This the sixth ship to carry the name HMS Rocket was a
torpedo boat destroyer. Built by Thomson of Clydebank, laid down 14-Feb-1894, launched 14-Aug-1894, and completed Jul-1895. On completion served in home waters. Went to the West Indies Station 1897, returning to the UK 1902. In 1910 has her guns removed and was used for wireless experiments. Sold 10-Apr-1912.
