This the second ship to carry the name HMS Pellew was one of twelve Type 14, Blackwood Class frigates.

Built by Swan Hunter, laid down 05-Nov-1953, launched 29-Sep-1954, commissioned 25-Jul-1956

Sold 26-Apr-1971 and broken up at Fleetwood.
